ChaCha Time Sanur, nestled in the serene area of Jl. Tirta Akasa Gang Musholla No. 15, Sanur, Bali, presents a culinary experience that is both intriguing and varied. The restaurant offers a selection of traditional Indonesian dishes, with standout items including Ayam Goreng Kremes served with rice and sambal lalapan, the generous Paket Nasi Tempong Istimewa with sambal mentah, and the flavorful Paket Ayam Geprek accompanied by white rice and iced tea.
However, the dining experience seems to be a mixed bag based on customer reviews. One visitor lamented, “Too long waiting for an hour for two menus, mie goreng and bayam. Taste so so,” highlighting a significant delay in service that could dampen the overall enjoyment of the meal.
On a more positive note, another patron shared, “Actually really good food from this place and always fresh to Made and reasonable price as well,” indicating that when the food arrives, it is indeed fresh and reasonably priced, which is a plus for budget-conscious travelers.
One review from a customer who ordered via GoFood while staying in Sanur noted, “For taste, it’s okay, the seasoning is quite rich and savory, but unfortunately, the chicken was not fresh.” This suggests that while the flavors may be appealing, consistency in ingredient quality could be an area for improvement.
Conversely, a delighted customer recounted, “I really liked it. I initially tried the tempong on my first day in Bali. It turned out the taste of the food exceeded my expectations. It was truly delicious, and my picky child finished everything in no time. We ended up ordering from here for three consecutive days with the same menu. Please maintain the quality!” This glowing review emphasizes the potential for ChaCha Time Sanur to impress, especially with its flavorful offerings.
In summary, ChaCha Time Sanur offers a promising array of Indonesian dishes that can delight the palate, but it may require some attention to service speed and ingredient freshness to elevate the overall dining experience. With a food rating of 3.2/5.0, service at 2.5/5.0, and atmosphere also at 2.5/5.0, it stands as a casual dining option for those exploring the culinary landscape of Bali.

Hey there! So, I recently checked out ChaCha Time in Sanur, Bali, and I thought I’d share my chill experience with you all. Located at Jl. Tirta Akasa Gang Musholla No. 15, this spot has some mixed reviews, but I was curious to see for myself.
First off, let’s talk about the food. I ordered a few dishes: Ayam Goreng Kremes with rice and sambal lalapan, the Special Tempong Rice Package with raw sambal (big portion), and the Ayam Geprek with white rice and iced tea. Honestly, everything was delicious! I mean, one reviewer said, “MANTAP! Thank you, ChaCha Time, the portions are big & the food is always tasty.” And I totally agree! The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the portions were generous. Another person mentioned, “The kremes taste really good, thank you.. next time I’ll order again.” I can see why they’d want to come back!
Now, the service was a bit of a mixed bag. I saw some comments about delivery issues, like one person who ordered through Traveloka Eats and found some items missing. But they reached out to the seller, and thankfully, the seller was responsive and delivered the missing food right away. So, props to them for being responsible! Another reviewer mentioned they often order via GrabFood, praising the affordable prices and decent taste, plus a wide menu selection. Sometimes they’re even open 24 hours, which is a win!
As for the atmosphere, it’s pretty chill but nothing too fancy. The ratings for service and atmosphere were around 2.5/5, so don’t expect a five-star dining experience. But hey, if you’re looking for good food at a reasonable price (around Rp50,000-75,000 per person), it’s worth a visit!
Overall, I had a great time at ChaCha Time. The food was tasty, and I can see why people keep coming back. I’ll definitely be stopping by again next time I’m in Bali!
