If you’re in Denpasar, Bali, and looking for a chill spot to sip some amazing coffee, you gotta check out Point Coffee on Jl. Buana Raya. This place is a total gem! Seriously, it’s the perfect hangout to relax and watch the world go by.

First off, let’s talk about the coffee. They have some of the best varieties around. I tried the B1G1 Iced Shaken Creamy Latte and it was just divine! The Hot Point Coffee with Oat Milk is also a must-try if you’re into that creamy goodness. And don’t even get me started on the Iced Cappuccino—it’s a game changer!

Now, the vibe here is super modern and clean, which makes it a great place to hang out. The staff is friendly, and you can really feel the positive energy in the air. One visitor mentioned, “Very impressive place for relax and watch the world go by, best coffee varieties omg soooo good, staff friendly, very modern and clean place.” I couldn’t agree more!

However, I did hear some mixed reviews about the service. One customer had a bit of a rough experience with a staff member named Mba Padma, who seemed overwhelmed and not very accommodating. They mentioned, “I’m sorry we were disappointed because the service this afternoon was not great.” It’s a bummer when service doesn’t match the quality of the coffee, but hopefully, they can improve on that front.

Overall, Point Coffee is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Just keep your fingers crossed for good service! With prices ranging from Rp25,000 to Rp150,000 depending on what you order, it’s pretty affordable too. So grab a friend, enjoy a cup, and soak in the Bali vibes!

As I stepped into Point Coffee at Indomaret Buana Raya in Bali, I was instantly transported back to my childhood. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the air, reminiscent of my mother’s kitchen during family gatherings. It was a place that promised warmth and nostalgia, yet my experience was a bittersweet blend of highs and lows.

On one hand, the coffee was undeniably great—some would even say it was the best coffee around. The rich flavors danced on my palate, evoking memories of laughter and love shared over cups of coffee with family. However, the service left much to be desired. I had ordered online through the app, but my order was late, and it felt like there was no improvement in the service standards. Even when I decided to order directly at the counter, the experience was marred by delays. We had ordered a minimum of eight cups, and I couldn’t help but wonder if this was the level of service expected from Point Coffee.

My heart sank further when I encountered a staff member named Mba Padma. I had requested my coffee with normal sugar, but when I confirmed my order, she seemed overwhelmed and snapped at me, saying, “I’m tired; I’ve been working alone since morning.” It was disheartening to see how her frustration affected the quality of service. The coffee I received lacked the sweetness I had hoped for, prompting me to ask for clarification again. I sincerely hope Mba Padma can find a way to improve her service, as I believe Point Coffee deserves to maintain its reputation as a beloved spot for customers.

Despite the challenges, I found solace in the fact that many others have enjoyed their time here. The prices are affordable, and the coffee is standard, but the friendly staff and the cozy atmosphere make it a favorite spot for many. I overheard someone say, “This is my favorite coffee place!” and it resonated with me. The essence of Point Coffee lies not just in the drinks but in the memories it creates.

In reflection, while my experience had its ups and downs, the heartwarming ambiance and the taste of authentic coffee brought me back to cherished moments of my past. I left with a sense of hope that Point Coffee can continue to touch the hearts of its customers, just as it did for me.
