If you’re ever in Bali and craving some authentic Italian food, you absolutely have to check out Pizza Fabbrica in Umalas! Seriously, this place is a gem. The vibe is super chill, and the atmosphere is just perfect for a cozy dinner. I mean, they’ve got a solid 5.0/5.0 rating for food, service, and atmosphere, and I can totally see why!
So, I decided to order a few dishes like the Quattro Formaggi, Capricciosa, and Vegetariana, and let me tell you, everything was delicious! The toppings were great, fresh, and high quality. The dough was nice and crispy, but I thought it was a bit too thin. One side was burnt, probably because it’s so thin. Overall, though, it was a great pizza experience! And don’t even get me started on the tiramisu – it’s like heaven! I can confidently say they serve some of the best pizzas in Bali!
Other diners seem to agree with me too! One reviewer mentioned, “Excellent cuisine, which is difficult to distinguish from Italian. Delicious pizza, lasagna, Caesar salad, cocktails. We were there late at night and received very friendly service. Available large capacity parking. Once again I will say that here is probably the best Italian chef in Bali.” How awesome is that?

And I can’t forget to mention the music! One visitor said, “Love the music and the pizza is likely the best I’ve had in my life. We got 2 pizzas 50/50 so we were able to try 4 different types. First of all, the base is so thin it’s amazing! We tried the pepperoni and the Diablo – Diablo wins! And we tried the fabbrica and crudo – the fabbrica wins! We also had the burrata to start – the bread that comes with it is so fresh, and the panna cotta and tiramisu to end. Both very good. The staff were lovely and friendly.”
Honestly, Fabbrica has become one of my favorite dinner spots in Bali. It’s perfect for a family outing or just a casual dinner with a friend. Their pizzas are light and super tasty, and the pastas are delicious too! The staff are always kind and welcoming, and the lighting is just right.
So, if I find myself back in Bali, you can bet I’ll be returning to Pizza Fabbrica for another round of their amazing food!
