If you’re looking for a chill spot to grab a bite in Bali, you gotta check out Mostly Restaurant and Bar on Jln. Pantai Pererenan. Seriously, this place is a gem! With a food rating of 4.7/5.0, service at a perfect 5.0/5.0, and an atmosphere that also scores a 5.0/5.0, it’s hard to go wrong here.

I decided to treat myself and ordered a few dishes: the Grass Feed Beef Pho, Malai Kofta (V), and Brown Sugar Cho Bar (V). Let me tell you, everything was delicious! I mean, some folks have said things like, “Didn’t bring proper food,” and “Coke Zero missing,” but honestly, I didn’t have any complaints. Just pure yumminess! Although, I did hear someone mention there was hair in the dumplings, which is a bummer, but my experience was smooth sailing.

Don’t let the unassuming entrance fool you. This place is one of the most beautifully designed restaurants I’ve been to in Bali, and trust me, I’ve been to quite a few impressive ones. The interior has this organic and sexy vibe, even during the day. The ambiance is great and quiet, perfect for working or having meetings. The air-conditioned room is a lifesaver on those hot days, but the outdoor hanging garden area is just phenomenal. The food is good, but honestly, we keep coming back for the ambiance, drinks (they have a full bar!), and desserts. And oh man, their desserts are seriously impressive!

Now, I did hear some mixed reviews about portion sizes. One person mentioned that their scrambled eggs were ridiculously small with no sides, which is a bit of a letdown considering the price. But hey, the coffee is great, and the place is beautiful! Just maybe order a side dish with your meal.

Overall, the restaurant is stunning and luxurious, with a lovely garden and super friendly staff. The atmosphere is super comfy, and I’d recommend booking in advance because it gets packed! Plus, there’s a DJ playing music, which adds to the vibe. You’ll definitely love it!

So, if I find myself back in Bali, you can bet I’ll be returning to Mostly Restaurant and Bar for another round of deliciousness!
