Hey there, fellow foodies! If you’re ever in Bali and craving some delicious noodles, you’ve got to check out Mie Gacoan Jimbaran. Located on Jl. Kampus Unud Raya, this noodle shop is a hidden gem that’s totally worth the visit. With a food rating of 4.7/5.0, service at 4.5/5.0, and an atmosphere that scores a perfect 5.0/5.0, you know you’re in for a treat!

So, I decided to dive into a few dishes during my visit. I ordered the Mie Gacoan, Udang Keju, and Lumpia Udang, and let me tell you, everything was absolutely delicious! One reviewer mentioned, “The noodles are just right, not too spicy,” and I couldn’t agree more. The flavors were spot on—savory, spicy, and just plain tasty!

Another visitor shared their experience, saying, “The last time we were here was on a busy Saturday night. We ordered several kinds of dim sum and noodles. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the noodles. Because it was crowded, they gave us a table number. In less than 15 minutes, all the food came out. The dim sum is still warm and in fresh condition. Will come back in the future.” Talk about quick service!

And if you’re worried about the price, don’t be! You can enjoy a meal here for just Rp25,000-50,000 per person. Plus, they have a kid-friendly area, which is a bonus if you’re traveling with little ones. One reviewer even said, “This place is one of the few halal spots close to where we were staying. Food prices were great, atmosphere was very relaxed with English music.”

Now, I did hear a couple of mixed reviews about the service. One person mentioned a late-night visit where they had a bit of a hiccup with their order, but overall, it seems like most people are pretty happy with their experience.

All in all, Mie Gacoan Jimbaran is definitely a place I’d return to if I find myself back in Bali. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is chill, and it’s super affordable. So, what are you waiting for? Go grab some noodles!

Hey foodies! If you’re in Jimbaran and craving some delicious noodles, you gotta check out Mie Gacoan Jimbaran on Jl. Kampus Unud Raya. This place is a total gem for noodle lovers!

So, I recently visited on a busy Saturday night, and let me tell you, it was packed! We ordered a bunch of dim sum and noodles, but I totally forgot to snap a pic of the noodles because we were just too excited to dig in. The service was super quick though; we got our food in less than 15 minutes! Everything was still warm and fresh when it arrived. Definitely planning to come back!

Another time, I ordered their famous noodles and soymai through GrabFood for supper. Not only was it affordable, but it was also super tasty! I mean, who doesn’t love a good meal that doesn’t break the bank?

One morning, I was in need of breakfast since my hotel didn’t provide any, so I ordered Mie Gacoan Level 1 via GrabFood. It cost me around 50,000 IDR, which is a steal! The noodles were chewy and had this amazing Indonesian black sweet soy sauce called Kicap Manis. I personally liked the Gacoan version better than the other one I tried. Plus, you can choose your spice level, which is awesome! If you’re not into spicy food, they have a Mie Suit option with no spice at all. And let’s not forget the Pangsit, which are these crispy fried dumplings filled with chicken. I was blown away by how chewy the noodles were—almost like ramen! I’d rate it a solid 5/5!

We also tried the Siew Mai and Udang Keju. The Siew Mai was huge and juicy, packed with minced chicken, and the Udang Keju had cheese in it! It arrived hot and crispy, and I’d give it a 4/5.

The vibe at Mie Gacoan is really nice too. The location is super strategic with plenty of parking space. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors, and the chill slow music playing in the background makes it a perfect spot to enjoy your meal. Just a heads up though, sometimes the spice level can be a bit off, so keep an eye on that. Oh, and I really loved the rambutan shrimp—so tasty and perfectly textured! Just a little tip: they could use more tissues in the outdoor area.

Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 4.7/5, service at 4.5/5, and the atmosphere gets a perfect 5/5. If you’re looking for a great dinner spot that’s kid-friendly and has a play area for the little ones, Mie Gacoan is the place to be! Prices range from Rp25,000-50,000 per person, and they also offer delivery options. So, what are you waiting for? Go grab some noodles!
