Mansu Kitchen Review: A Culinary Delight in Bali

So, I recently checked out Mansu Restaurant located at Jl. Nakula No. 6, Pemecutan Klod, Denpasar Selatan, Bali, and I gotta say, it was quite the experience! The food? Absolutely a solid 5.0/5.0! I ordered a few dishes like the Chicken Katsu Rice Set, Nasi Goreng Mozzarella, and Chicken Curry Katsu Rice Set, and let me tell you, everything was delicious! Seriously, I could eat this stuff every day. One review I came across mentioned that the beef fried rice was way too salty, haha, but I didn’t find that with my dishes. Just a heads up, though, someone pointed out that they didn’t read the descriptions and ended up with a dish that had no carrots, which was a bummer for someone allergic. But overall, the food was super tasty, and I’d definitely repeat my order!

The atmosphere of the place was pretty chill, giving it a solid 4.0/5.0 vibe. It’s a nice spot to enjoy a meal, but the service? Well, that’s where things got a bit rocky. I’d rate it a 2.5/5.0. I read a review from someone who had a similar experience where the waitress didn’t even deliver their order to the kitchen! They ended up waiting almost an hour before they had to ask the kitchen staff about their food. Talk about frustrating! Luckily, my experience wasn’t that bad, but I can see how the service could use some improvement.

Another review I found said, “Had lunch here again today. Traditional Indonesian food at local prices. Cannot complain and we visit here quite often. If you like spices, rice or noodles, it’s certainly worth it and will not break your bank. No airs and graces, just good food.” That pretty much sums it up! The food is definitely the star of the show here.

Overall, if you’re in Bali and looking for some good eats, Mansu Restaurant is worth a visit. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait if the service isn’t on point. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bali!

A couple of folks mentioned that the Nasi Goreng was a bit too salty, and there was a comment about the staff not reading descriptions properly, which can be a bummer if someone has allergies. But hey, the atmosphere was nice, scoring a 4.0/5.0, so it’s a pretty chill spot to hang out.

Other diners were raving about the taste too! One person said, “The taste is very good and unbeatable in Bali…not too spicy for my tastebuds…I always order to be my gift for family in Jakarta.” And another chimed in with, “Great taste of foods. Nasi goreng is great.” I also tried the Ayam Kemangi Sambel Hijau and Sesame Chicken, and wow, you can really feel the spices in those dishes!

Overall, I had a tasty meal and a warm welcome at Mansu Restaurant. If I find myself back in Bali, you can bet I’ll be returning for more delicious food!
