First off, let’s talk about the food. I tried their Seafood Fried Rice and wow, it was amazing! The flavors were on point, and it was served hot and fresh. I also sampled the Chicken Fried Rice and the Soto Ayam Ceker, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The portions are generous, and the prices are super affordable—around Rp50,000-75,000 per person for lunch. You can’t beat that!

Now, I’ve heard from other visitors that the service here is top-notch. One reviewer mentioned, “Amazing food and amazing service. Prices are also almost like local prices.” I totally agree! I never waited more than 10 minutes for my food, which is a win in my book. Another guest raved about how drinks were served in just 10 minutes for a group of 10. Talk about efficiency!

However, I did notice some mixed reviews about the timing of food service. One diner mentioned waiting 55 minutes for their food, which came out cold. Yikes! But hey, every restaurant has its off days, right? Just make sure to go during less busy hours if you can.

So, I decided to dive into their menu and ordered a few things: the Nasi Goreng Seafood Komplit, Nasi Goreng Ayam Komplit, and Soto Ayam Ceker. Let me tell you, everything was delicious! The fried chicken? Absolutely on point! I even came across a review that said, “the fried noodles elevate to the next level,” and I couldn’t agree more. The portions are solid for the promo prices, and while the fish seasoning could use a bit more love, the sambal merah is a total winner! One reviewer even said, “Gracias, enak banget!” which means “Thanks, it’s really delicious!”

While I was there, I overheard some other diners raving about their experiences too. One guy mentioned he was staying at a nearby villa and ordered from Kumpi almost every night.
