Hey there, fellow foodies! If you’re ever in Bali and craving some Japanese goodness, you gotta check out Happy Ricebowl located at Senggol Kubu Kuliner, Jl. Tukad Badung No. 121, Denpasar. I recently dropped by for lunch and let me tell you, it was a delightful experience!

First off, the food gets a solid 4.5/5.0 from me. I ordered a few dishes like the Ricebowl Chicken Sambal Matah (spicy), Basque Burnt Cheesecake (from Ailuro Cake), and Chicken Mac And Cheese. Everything was delicious! Seriously, the mac and cheese was like, “beuh enak banget macaroninya, mamamia lezatoz!” (which translates to “wow, the macaroni is so good, oh my deliciousness!”). And the sambal matah? It was perfectly oriental and super enjoyable. I can’t wait to try other flavors next time. True to its name, Happy Ricebowl definitely made me happy! Thank you, Chef!

The service was pretty good too, scoring 4.0/5.0. I mean, it’s not the fastest place around, but they cook everything fresh, and you can see it happening right in front of you.
