Hey foodies! If you find yourself in Uluwatu, Bali, you absolutely have to check out ITUAJA Bakery. This cozy little spot on Jl. Bali Cliff has quickly become one of my favorite brunch places. Seriously, we ended up coming here four days in a row because the food is just that good!

First off, let’s talk about the vibe. The atmosphere is super pleasant, with nice and attentive waiters who really make you feel welcome. The manager is a total sweetheart, and the place is clean and inviting. I do think they could add a few more pillows on the chairs and dim the lights a bit in the evening for that extra cozy feel, but honestly, it’s already a great spot to chill.

Now, onto the food! Their Pavlova is a must-try, and I can’t get enough of the Dubarry Cream Soup. The chicken dumplings are magical, and the salmon toast is another winner. I’ve heard mixed reviews about the chicken meatball soup, though—some say it’s just meatballs and water, which sounds a bit bland. I think it could use some veggies or vermicelli to spice it up a bit, but hey, that’s just my two cents!

Oh, and let’s not forget about the coffee! The Big Hot Cappuccino is perfect for a morning pick-me-up. A couple of folks mentioned that the coffee could be smoother, but I thought it was pretty solid. Just a heads up, though—if you’re feeling hungry, you might want to order a couple of dishes because the portions can be a bit on the smaller side. I mean, I saw someone order two servings of the same dish, so that says something!

One thing I noticed is that the portion sizes can be a bit on the small side. I mean, I saw a guy order two servings of the same dish! Maybe they could consider offering a medium-sized option? But overall, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. You’ll definitely leave with a smile on your face!
