If you’re in Kuta, Bali, and craving some authentic Indian food, you absolutely have to check out Bollywood Masalaz. Seriously, this place is a gem! Located at Jl. Kartika Plaza No. 10, Denpasar, it’s got everything you could want in a restaurant. The food? A perfect 5.0/5.0. The service? Another 5.0/5.0. And the atmosphere? Yep, you guessed it—5.0/5.0! It’s the kind of spot where you can just kick back and enjoy a great meal.

I went there for dinner and ordered a few dishes: Plain Basmati Rice, Butter Naan, and Butter Chicken. Let me tell you, everything was delicious! The Butter Chicken was so rich and flavorful, and the Naan was the perfect side to soak up all that goodness. One reviewer even said, “Excellent. Direct from India,” and I totally get it! It’s not the cheapest place around, but the quality is definitely worth it. Great value for large-sized meals, and I enjoyed every bit of it!

What’s even cooler is that I wasn’t the only one loving it. One group of friends went there three nights in a row and raved about the tasty food and friendly staff. They said, “Their food actually ‘converted’ me to love Indian food.” How awesome is that? Another family mentioned that they had their first lunch and last dinner there during their Bali trip, and they were impressed with the hospitality, especially from Mr. Ashik, who took great care of them. They loved the vegetarian options, saying it was just like eating in India!

And let’s not forget about the vibe! The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, and while the Bollywood music can get a bit loud, it just adds to the fun atmosphere. Plus, the drinks menu is super creative, with cocktails named after Bollywood hits. I mean, who doesn’t love a good theme?

Honestly, if I find myself back in Bali, Bollywood Masalaz will definitely be on my list to revisit. It’s a must-try for anyone who loves Indian cuisine!

Hey there! So, I recently checked out Bollywood Masala, which is touted as the best Indian restaurant in Kuta, Bali, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Located at Jl. Kartika Plaza No. 10, this place has some serious vibes going on. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5.0/5.0, and I can totally see why!

For dinner, I decided to go for some classic dishes: Plain Basmati Rice, Butter Naan, and Butter Chicken. Everything was delicious! I mean, the flavors were on point, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Although, I did hear someone mention that the rice was a bit pricey at 75k, and the naan was more flat than puffy. They were hoping for a spicier kick but ended up with zero spice, which was a bit of a letdown. But hey, the overall experience was still fantastic!

Another diner shared their experience, saying they ordered Palak Chicken (or Saag Chicken) but felt it lacked flavor, almost like it was just boiled and pureed spinach. They did, however, praise the service, which was great. On the flip side, someone else raved about their spicy chicken tikka masala and biryani, saying everything was above average and super tasty. They even mentioned the mango lassi tasted more like a smoothie, but the raita was yummy!

What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The staff was super friendly, especially Mr. Ashik from Kerala, who shared that one of the owners is from Pune and they source their ingredients from there. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to hear they offer authentic Indian vegetarian dishes just like back home!

And can we talk about the ambiance? Bollywood songs playing in the background really set the mood for a fun dining experience in Bali. I absolutely loved the chicken kebab plates and Kadai chicken; they were bursting with flavor, and the garlic naan was some of the best I’ve ever had!

All in all, if I find myself back in Bali, Bollywood Masala will definitely be on my list to revisit. Can’t wait to dig into more of their delicious food!
