Pipo Bali, located at Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai No. 36x Tuban Kuta Bali, Indonesia, is a culinary gem that offers a delightful experience for food lovers. The restaurant boasts a spacious and beautiful garden area, perfect for those who enjoy dining in a serene environment. However, for those seeking a cooler atmosphere, the air-conditioned indoor seating is equally inviting.
The standout dish here is undoubtedly the Nasi Samcan Goreng, which has garnered rave reviews from patrons. One visitor expressed their love for the bakmi, stating, “I really love their bakmi. It’s really flavorful unlike the others.” This sentiment is echoed by another guest who described the restaurant as a “standard Medan-style bakmi place,” highlighting the generous portions of Chinese pork cuts like samcan and chasiu. The flavors are well-balanced, though some may find it slightly on the sweeter side.
Another highlight is the Nasi Ayam Goreng, which one enthusiastic diner praised, saying, “The chicken is AMAZING! I highly recommend it.” This dish, along with various pork dishes, kept them coming back for more during their stay. The crispy pork belly was particularly noted as a favorite, showcasing the restaurant’s ability to deliver on flavor and quality.
For those with a sweet tooth, the gelato is a must-try, especially the sea salt caramel flavor, which has been described as “delicious.” The service at Pipo Bali is consistently noted as fast and kind, contributing to an overall pleasant dining experience.
With a food rating of 4.3/5.0 and service rated at 4.7/5.0, Pipo Bali is a place that should not be missed. The prices are reasonable, with lunch ranging from Rp50,000-75,000 and dinner from Rp25,000-50,000 per person. The ample parking space adds to the convenience of visiting this lovely restaurant. Whether you’re a local or a traveler, Pipo Bali promises a satisfying culinary adventure that captures the essence of Balinese dining.

If you’re ever in Bali and looking for a chill spot to grab some good food, you gotta check out Pipo Bali on Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai No. 36x in Tuban Kuta. Seriously, this place is a gem! With a solid rating of 4.3 for food and atmosphere, and a whopping 4.7 for service, you know you’re in for a treat.
I decided to try a few dishes during my visit, including the Nasi Samcan Goreng 50g, Nasi Ayam Goreng, and Sop Bakso Ikan. Let me tell you, everything was delicious! The Nasi Samcan Goreng was surprisingly good, and I totally recommend it. Although, I did hear someone mention that the crispy pork was a bit too dry for their taste. But hey, that didn’t stop me from enjoying my meal!
Other diners had some great things to say too. One person raved about the “delicious plate of crispy pork” and mentioned how the noodles were on point. They loved the ample parking and the backyard seating area, plus the gelato stand was a nice touch. Another guest highlighted the tasty noodles loaded with toppings, especially the roasted pork with crunchy skin. They also pointed out that the restaurant is super accessible by motorbike or car, which is a plus since it’s not really a walkable area.
And let’s not forget about the ambiance! The gardens and outdoor area are spacious and beautiful. I opted for the air-conditioned inside seating, but I could see why people would want to enjoy the outdoors. I ended up dining there three times in just two days! I had the Nasi Ayam Goreng every time because it was that good, while my husband tried various pork dishes. He was all about the crispy pork belly, and we couldn’t resist finishing off our meals with some gelato—definitely try the sea salt caramel!
With good prices (around Rp50,000-75,000 for lunch and Rp25,000-50,000 for dinner), tasty food, and friendly service, Pipo Bali is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Bali!
