Hey there, fellow foodies! If you ever find yourself in Denpasar, Bali, you absolutely have to check out Bakcang Melissa on Jl. Gunung Himalaya IB No. 2. Seriously, this place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves delicious food!

So, I decided to try a few of their offerings, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! I ordered the Bakcang Ketan Babi Gold Special, Bakcang Babi Silver, and Bakcang Babi Gold. All of them were super tasty! One reviewer even said, “Wow… the bakcang really tastes amazing, and the price is cheap, it’s definitely the best!” I couldn’t agree more!

Another thing I noticed is that the quality of the food is consistent. One customer mentioned, “The bakcang is delicious, every time I buy it, the taste is always the same.” And honestly, I can see why people get hooked. It’s so good that I’m already craving more!

Now, just a heads up, they sell frozen bakcang, which is sticky rice filled with various condiments. You can choose from pork only, pork + salted eggs, pork + salted eggs + sweet pork sausage + hioko mushroom, and even chicken with similar variations. Just steam them for 20-30 minutes, and you’re good to go!

However, I did encounter a couple of hiccups. It was a bit tricky to find since there’s no sign, and it felt like I was searching for a hidden treasure. Plus, I had to wait a while for my order, and one person mentioned, “The order took too long, and it got automatically canceled from the system, so I wasted my time waiting for nothing.” So, just be prepared for a little wait.

But honestly, the food is worth it! I’ll definitely be coming back to Bakcang Melissa the next time I’m in Bali. If you’re a fan of tasty treats, don’t miss out on this spot!

All in all, Bakcang Melissa is definitely on my list for my next trip to Bali. I can’t wait to go back and indulge in more of their tasty offerings!
