Hey there! If you’re in Canggu, Bali, you absolutely have to check out this health food spot called Dispensary by Body Factory. Seriously, it’s a gem! The vibe is super chill, and the atmosphere gets a solid 4.7/5.0, just like their food and service. You can grab a delicious brunch here for around Rp175,000-200,000, or if you’re just in for breakfast, it’s even cheaper at Rp75,000-100,000. Plus, they’ve got loads of vegetarian and vegan options, which is a win for plant-based eaters!

I ordered a few things during my visit, including the Chicken, Rice, and Greens (gluten-free, of course) which packs a punch with 26g of protein and only 444 calories. I also tried the Tuna Poke Bowl, which was just as good, with 32g of protein and 409 calories. Everything was super tasty! I even saw a review that said, “Thank you for having delicious gluten-free options! Such a great way to start your morning high protein.” And I totally agree!

Now, I did have a little hiccup when one of my items was missed, but they were quick to organize a second delivery and even threw in a complimentary dessert! Talk about great service! Oh, and I ordered the golden milk for the second time, and let me tell you, it’s by far the best in Bali!

One of the other customers mentioned they had a double burger that was a bit overdone but loved the flat white coffee. They also praised the friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Another regular, who’s a nutritionist, raved about the consistency and value for money, saying they eat there sometimes twice a day! They even highlighted the gluten-free bread made from banana flour as one of the best things they’ve ever tasted. How cool is that?

And let’s not forget about the juices! One visitor was pleasantly surprised by the healthy options and loved their green juice with spinach and aloe vera. They also enjoyed the poached eggs on toast with avocado and mushroom spread, which is hard to find done well in Southeast Asia.

Overall, I’d say Dispensary by Body Factory is a must-visit if you’re in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bali!

However, I did come across a mixed review about food poisoning, which is a bummer. The person claimed it was the worst food poisoning they ever had, but it seems like they had a different experience than most. It’s always good to be cautious, but I think my experience was pretty solid.
