If you’re looking for a chill spot to grab some Chinese food in Bali, you gotta check out Shanghai Ulu Bali on Jl. Labuansait. Seriously, this place is a gem! The food? A solid 5.0/5.0! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. I mean, the Chicken Spring Rolls were crispy and packed with flavor, and the Steam White Rice was the perfect side to soak up all those tasty sauces. And don’t even get me started on the Sweet Fire Chicken – it was sweet, spicy, and just downright amazing!

One of the highlights was definitely the Orange Chicken. It’s a must-try! And I overheard someone raving about the beef and broccoli, saying it was “very delicious.” Honestly, I couldn’t agree more with all the positive vibes. People were saying things like “Outstanding! Good!!” and “Best Chinese in Uluwatu!” You know you’re in for a treat when everyone is buzzing about the food.

The atmosphere at Shanghai Ulu Bali is super inviting too. The owner and staff are incredibly nice and humble, making you feel right at home. Plus, we got lucky and enjoyed some live music from a talented artist while we were there. It really added to the whole experience! One couple mentioned they had a great time with starters, a Combo Meal for the main course, and finished off with a fresh Lava Cake. Sounds like a perfect evening, right?

And let’s talk about the service – another 5.0/5.0! The staff were attentive, friendly, and polite. One visitor even said it was the best service they got in Bali! Portions are huge, so be ready to share or take some home. You won’t leave hungry, that’s for sure!

Overall, if you’re in the mood for some delicious Chinese-American food at a reasonable price (around Rp175,000-200,000 per person for dinner), Shanghai Ulu Bali is the place to be. I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Bali!
