First up, I dove into the Borsch. Now, if you’ve never had Borsch, it’s like a warm hug in a bowl. It’s beetroot soup, and it’s so good that I almost considered proposing to it. I mean, who needs a partner when you have a bowl of Borsch that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside? And let’s not forget the Beef Stroganoff! It was so tender that I thought it might just start singing “Can You Feel the Love Tonight.” I had to remind myself that it was food, not a Disney movie!

And don’t even get me started on the Beef Stroganoff! It’s so tender and flavorful, especially when paired with either mashed potatoes or buckwheat. You really can’t go wrong with either choice. The Vareniki (potato and mushroom dumplings) are also a must-try; they’re soft, comforting, and just bursting with flavor!
